The Shikamim (Sycamore) Park project, which was established in front of the Neve Hadarim neighborhood in Rishon Lezion, has 216 housing units in 6 residential towers with an impressive architectural design, built at a good distance from each other, in order to maintain a sense of open space. The project is located in close proximity to educational institutions, community centers, shopping centers and major high-speed transportation routes.

The project was inhabited in 1999-2003.

Developers: America Israel Investments in collaboration with a local company.

Architecture: Caspi Architects.
