AVIV AT ALTERMAN TOWER

Aviv Be’Alterman Tower was developed on a half-acre private land plot located in the western part of green Herzliya, right by the iconic Ficus Plant Nursery. Residents enjoy a green open space on the one hand, and the optimal proximity to central transportation hubs on the other.
For this prestigious project, 55 residential units were built into a single residential building.
The project was populated in 2010.
