Ramat Gan
At the heart of first-rate, green Ramat-Gan, right by the renewing Neve Yehoshua neighborhood—which is going through an accelerated urban renewal process including Pinui-Binui (Evacuation & Reconstruction) developments as well as massive environmental investments on the municipality’s part—we developed a unique, modern tower that became one of the city’s most prestigious developments.
The 21-story tall tower was meticulously planned to include 72 high-standard residential units with the highest quality of construction and design.
The project was populated in 2017.
