In the heart of the historic area of the White City, the ‘Melchett-Sheinkin’ project has been built, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants, shops, banks, and offices. The combination of past and present, between leisure and business and between residence and culture, creates a unique environment that maintains a magical rhythm of life.

102 housing units and 2,200 square meters of commercial space were built in the project.

The project was inhabited in 2005-2006.

Developers: America Israel Investments in collaboration with Danya Cebus of the Africa Israel Group.

Architecture: Gabay Architecture and Urban Planning.
