UNIK BOUTIQUE

Rishon Lezion

Unik Boutique is located in the young and new ‘Merom Rishon’ neighborhood in eastern Rishon Lezion. The project includes 39 housing units that were built in two 8-story buildings above a commercial ground floor of approximately 1,000 square meters. The location of the project enjoys the proximity of entertainment and shopping centers in the vicinity of Road 44.

The project was inhabited in 2020.

Developers: America Israel Investments Company.
