UNIK BUTIK

Petah Tikva

The project was built in the “Em HaMoshavot” neighborhood in Petah Tikva. A unique 12-story building with 30 housing units with a high occupancy rate and maximum utilization. Only 2-3 apartments were designed on each floor.

The project was inhabited in 2012.

Developers: America Israel Investments in collaboration with A. Luzon Properties and Investments.

Architecture: Canaan-Shenhav Architects, Bareli Levitzky Kassif Architects.
