Haifa

The Unik & More Haifa project was built as part of the “price-per-occupant” program in the Kiryat Eliezer neighborhood of Haifa. The project is part of the area that once housed the city’s famous Kiryat Eliezer Stadium. The project enjoys a very high level of accessibility because of its proximity to major traffic routes and advanced public transportation systems.

UNIK & MORE Haifa includes 245 housing units in 5 residential buildings.

The project was inhabited in 2020.

Developers: America Israel Investments in collaboration with Etz HaShaked.

Architecture: Talmon Biran Architecture Studio.
