Nesher

An urban renewal project in the area of the Oren and HaZayit streets will allow apartment owners to live in modern and new construction. Buyers will be able to live in a pastoral atmosphere in a quiet northern city with proximity to Highway 4 and the main northern roads.

A commercial center, kindergartens and other public buildings are planned to be built for the benefit of the community within a walking distance.

The project will include about 800 housing units in towers combined with perimeter blocks.
