BE UNIK

As its name suggests, BE UNIK is a unique project in Israel’s development landscape. It presents an urban creation in spirit with originality rarely seen in Israel. The project was developed in Ramat HaSharon’s exclusive Neve-Gan neighborhood and is situated on the main, well-tended avenue running throughout the neighborhood. In this 12-story building 56 apartments were built, some of them planned as air-borne, urban, garden-villas with terraces that boast 3-4 natural ventilation airways.
The project was populated in 2014.
