Be Unik is an exceptional project in the Israeli construction landscape that presents an urban design that is rare in its originality in the Israeli architectural landscape. The project was built in the exclusive Neve Gan neighborhood and is located on its wide and well-maintained main boulevard. 56 apartments were built in the 12-story building, some of which were designed as floating urban garden villas, with balconies having three to four directions of exposure.

 

The project was inhabited in 2014.
