Petah Tikva

The project was built along a central park in the sought-after “Em HaMoshavot” neighborhood in the city, opposite the well-kept “Park Em HaMoshavot.” The project includes 164 housing units in two 23-story residential towers, each with a modern and impressive design, in an environment that combines green residential tranquility and proximity to the vibrant heart of the city.

 

The project was inhabited in 2013-2014.

 

Developers: America Israel Investments in collaboration with A. Luzon Properties and Investments.

 

Architecture: Canaan-Shenhav Architects, Bareli Levitzky Kassif Architects.
