UNIK PARK

UNIK PARK was built along a central park that crosses Petah Tikva’s sought-after Em-HaMoshavot neighborhood – the wonderful Em-HaMoshavot Park. UNIK PARK includes 164 residential units across a pair of 23-story buildings designed with an impressive, modern architecture. UNIK PARK is situated in an environment that blends green residential peace with proximity to the city’s lively urban center.
The project was populated between 2013 and 2014.
