Rishon Lezion

An upscale neighborhood with a unique image that offers a high quality of life, in an environment that includes a park, a shopping center, educational facilities and medical services.

Its proximity to large shopping centers in the city and its accessibility to roads and highways made it one of the most sought-after and prestigious neighborhoods in the city.

In the project, 784 housing units were built in 16-story towers next to villas and private cottages.

The project was inhabited in 2000-2005.

Developers: America Israel Investments in collaboration with Elad Residences (Dankner Investments).
