Additionally, the neighborhood’s proximity to large commercial centers in the city and the easy access it offers to highways and transportation hubs had made it one of Rishon LeZion’s most prestigious in-demand neighborhoods.

784 residential units were built as part of this project, in 16-story buildings alongside villas and private cottages.

The project was populated between 2000 and 2005.
