Caesarea

The project is located in the heart of the Caesarea and is surrounded by nature reserves next to archeological sites. The CLE area is adjacent to the commercial and community center, a fitness club and a country club and within walking distance of the aqueduct beach, the synagogue and the cultural centers.

The project has 80 housing units in 4 4-story residential buildings and about 800 square meters of commercial space.

Construction of the project began in 2021.

Developers: America Israel Investments in cooperation with Etz HaShaked.

Architecture: Schwartz Besnosoff Architects and Urban Planners.
