UNIK&MORE

Atlit

The Unik & More Atlit project was built as part of the “price per occupant” program in the “Rekhes” neighborhood.

Over the years, Atlit has become one of the most sought-after places to live in the northern coastal plain due to its proximity to the coastal strip, its convenient access to high-speed roads, its rural character, and its high-quality population.

Unik & More Atlit includes 182 housing units in tiered buildings of 4-5 floors.

The project was inhabited in 2019.

Developers: America Israel Investments in collaboration with Etz HaShaked.

Architecture: Schwartz Besnosoff Architects and Urban Planners.
