UNIK&MORE

Pardesiya

Unik & More Pardesiya was established as part of the “price per occupant” program and was built in the northwest of the Pardesiya local council in the center of the Sharon, surrounded by agricultural areas.

The project was built near the local country club, shopping center, promenade, health centers, scouts club and kindergartens.

UNIK & MORE includes 196 housing units in 14 2-3-story buildings.

The project was inhabited in 2020.
