UNIK & MORE Pardesiya was built in the northwest part of Pardesiya local council, in the central Sharon area, surrounded by agricultural land as part of the “price per resident” housing program.
The project was built near the local country club, the commercial center, the boardwalk, health centers, the local scouts group and kindergartens.
UNIK & MORE Pardesiya includes196 residential units in 14 buildings 2-3 stories high.
The project was populated in 2020.

Architects: Talmon Biran Architecture Studio.
