Herzliya

“Good architecture,” according to Japanese architect Tadao Ando, “is like music that has been frozen. A melody that reaches to heaven and returns every day for an encore.” To this essential truth we aspired in our NOTAN project, an intimate residential complex in Green Herzliya. In the project, 94 housing units were built in four 8-9-story buildings, which include a two-level open private area with a Japanese-designed garden at its heart.

 

The project was inhabited in 2013-2014.

 

Developers: America Israel Investments in cooperation with Kardan Real Estate.

 

Architecture: Canaan-Shenhav Architects.
