“Park HaYam” – the new neighborhood of the Gush Dan metropolitan area on the border between Bat Yam and Rishon Lezion, is located in an urban residential environment with green and abundant environmental development, which connects to the beach and to urban infrastructure.

The project includes 293 housing units in 3 residential towers, including 2 perimeter blocks.

Construction of the project began in 2022.

Developers: America Israel Investments in cooperation with Etz HaShaked Real Estate.

Architecture: Kika Braz Architects.
