NOTAN

“Great Architecture,” says the Japanese architect Tadao Endo, “is like frozen music. A melody that reaches for the sky and returns each day for an encore”. This is the venerable truth towards which we aspired with the NOTAN project, an intimate residential site in green Herzliya. 94 units were developed for this project, across four, 8-9-story tall buildings. Between each two buildings stands a two-layered, open green space with a Japanese Garden at its heart.
The project was populated between 2013 and 2014.
